We're an online shop only. The Gateshead address at the bottom of this page is where the company is registered, not a store; there's nothing to visit and nowhere to drop off a return.
Sizing help in one email
With shapewear and support garments, the size that fits is the one that matches your measurements, not the one on your jeans. So the most useful email you can send us contains four numbers and one sentence:
- Underbust, snug, directly under the bust
- Waist, at the narrowest point, tape level, not pulled tight
- Hip, around the fullest part of the seat
- Height, so we can judge torso length on bodysuits and full-length pieces
- And one line on what you want: light smoothing under a dress, firm hold for an occasion, or something for every day
With that, we'll tell you which size and why, including when a piece runs small and you should go up. Compression that's too tight doesn't hold better; it rolls, digs and gets taken off by lunchtime. We'd rather send the right size once than process a return.
Other things worth asking before you order
How firm is it, and where does it sit? Light, medium or firm, and whether the waistband sits at the natural waist, above it, or at the hip. Product photos can't show this; we can.
Will it show under this? Tell us the fabric and colour of what you'll wear over it and we'll say whether the seams or edges are likely to be visible.
Fabric and washing. Composition, stretch, and how to wash it so it keeps its recovery. The short version is always cold water, no fabric softener, no tumble dryer; the full instructions are on each product page.
After you've ordered
Where's my parcel? The tracking number is emailed on dispatch. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours. If tracking has been silent for more than five working days, or shows delivered when nothing has arrived, send the order number and we'll open the investigation with the courier. Until the parcel reaches you, the risk is ours.
I want to return something. Email the order number and the items before posting anything; we'll send the return address and a reference within one working day. You have 30 days from delivery, no reason needed, sale items included. Because these are garments worn next to the skin, there are conditions on trying on and hygiene seals, and they're set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
It's damaged, faulty or the wrong item. A photograph and your order number. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return postage.
Can I still cancel? Free of charge until the order is dispatched. Orders often go to fulfilment within a few hours, so write as soon as you change your mind.
Something else? Press, partnerships, a suggestion, or feedback on the site. Same address; we'll pass it to the right person.
Two things that speed up a reply
Your order number on the first line. It's at the top of your confirmation email and starts with #. Without it we're searching by name and email, which usually costs a day.
A photograph for anything visual. Damage, a wrong item, a question about colour or where a seam falls. One image settles what a paragraph can't.

Dispatch and delivery times are in the Delivery Policy. Return conditions, statutory rights and refund timing are in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Accepted cards and declined payments are in the Payment Policy. If your question is one of those, the answer is available now rather than tomorrow.
